摘要
农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。在新农村文化建设中,参与式公共文化服务是一种新的机制,实现了农民参与、市场运行和政府引导之间的良性互动。其中,农民参与是实现农村公共文化服务变革中的关键,这需要基层文化体制的改革和农民文化社团的发展为其提供制度基础。
Rural cultural construction is the important issue for socialism new village construction. In the process of cultural construction in new countryside, participation-style public cultural service, which realizes positive interaction between peasant participation, market movement and government guidance, is a new mechanism, among which, peasant participation is the key to realizing reform of rural public culture, which needs institutional basis provided by the reform in grassroot cultural system and the development of peasant cultural associations.
