摘要
如何推进农村公共文化服务体系建设,这是社会主义新农村建设过程中的一个重要课题。构建农村公共文化服务体系,是落实科学发展观和海峡西岸经济区的内在要求,对于实现城乡统筹发展、推进"海西"建设的发展具有重大的意义。
How to promote building new socialism country the construction of service system for rural public culture is a key task in side. Constructing service system for rural public culture is the requirement in performing scientific development view and building economic zone on the West Side of the Taiwan Straits, which is significant for balancing development of urban and rural areas and promoting the construction of West Side of the Taiwan Straits.
