摘要
以湖南工程学院部分女生为研究对象,通过实验法、问卷调查法、观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等对推广大学女生阳光体育运动的策略进行了实证研究,结果表明将社会性别理论和阳光体育运动理念渗透在女生体育的课内外活动中,给予女性身体关注点的正确引导,可提高女生的体育认知水平并转化其体育动机,对阳光体育运动的开展十分有效。建议通过加强宣传力度、扩大宣传渠道、实施跨界合作和跨校联谊,以丰富我校女生校园文化生活和阳光体育运动的推广手段。
This paper has selected some female college students in Hunan institute of engineering as experimental subjects and has made an empirical analysis of the promotion strategy for female college students＇ sunny sports activity through experimentation, questionnaire survey, observation method, mathematical statistics and analytic method, and so on. Findings show that the gender theory and sunny sports activity idea are permeated in the female sports excurricular activities, lead the female college students to paying attention to their bodies and enhance their physical cognitive level and transform their physical motivation, which is very valid for the development of the sunny sports activity. We should expand communication channels and implement cooperation and get-togethers to enrich the promotion strategies for sunny sports activity.
