摘要
企业环境信息强制公开制度在我国是一项较新的制度,它规定了企业在环境信息公开中的义务,本文将在从各个角度对此项制度进行分析的基础上,提出一些自己的意见。
Mandatory open system of corporate environmental information,which formulates the obligation of the corporation,is a relatively new system in China.This thesis tries to analyze this system from many angles,and then puts forward some opinions.
