摘要
不等厚板对接焊缝是船体关键部位常见的接头型式之一.该类焊缝的检测难度较大,选择适用的检测参数与工艺及扫查方法,正确区分真假信号回波,可保证其各类缺陷的准确检出,提高焊接质量.
Butt weld with unequal thickness plates is a common joint type of critical parts on hull. As it is difficult to inspect the weld, the selection of appropriate testing parameters and scanning method, estimation of echo signals was put forward in order to inspect all kinds of defects in weld and improve welding quality.
