摘要
目的探讨99锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐联合骨化三醇治疗Graves′眼病的疗效。方法 34例Graves′眼病患者随机分为两组,实验组应用99锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐联合骨化三醇治疗,对照组应用泼尼松治疗,治疗前后评价其突眼度及Graves′眼病活动性,并进行两组间比较。结果两组突眼度治疗效果分布不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其总有效率实验组为73.6%,对照组为40.0%。两组Graves′眼病活动性治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组未出现不良反应。结论 99锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐联合骨化三醇治疗Graves′眼病具有较好的疗效,尤其在突眼度方面,且无不良反应,具有较好的依从性,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of 99Tc-MDP（commodity name：Yunke） combined with calcitriol on Graves′ ophthalmopathy（GO）.Methods Thirty-four patients were randomized into groups trial and control.Trial group were treated with Yunke combined with calcitriol,and control group with oral prednisone.The degree of exophthalmos and GO activity were recorded and assessed.Results There was significant difference in effect on exophthalmia between 2 groups（P0.05）.The total effectiveness of trial group was 73.6%,that of control 40.0%.But there was not difference in effect on GO activity（P0.05）.No adverse reactions occurred in group trial.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of 99Tc-MDP combined with calcitriol,having good effect on GO,especially on exophthalmia,with good compliance but without adverse reactions,is worthy of spreading.
