皮层电刺激脑功能定位在癫痫外科中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 皮层电刺激(electric cortical stimulation,ECS)定位脑功能应用于临床已经半个多世纪,因其直接、客观,作为脑功能定位的"金标准"始终具有无可替代的作用。但国内对此研究较少,工作开展尚不普及。近年来,随着癫痫外科的发展,皮层电刺激脑功能区定位越来越受到重视。本文回顾了皮层电刺激定位脑功能的历史、适应症、刺激方法、优缺点,并比较了其他脑功能定位方法以及未来发展方向。总结起来,ECS脑功能定位的技术不断发展革新,多种功能定位技术的融合越来越显示出优势。
