摘要
VMI Hub具备物料集配功能,是临港产业区大型制造企业实现JIT生产与供应商管理库存的可行方案。针对临港产业区的特定环境,根据物料集配方式的不同将VMI Hub的运作总结为直达和混合两种模式。并以联想VMI Hub为例,分析了VMI Hub实施的前提条件、运作流程以及对制造商、供应商和第三方物流等供应链各方的影响。
VMI Hub can help realize the concentration and distribution of materials and is a feasible scheme for the implementation of JIT production and VMI by the large-scale manufacturers in port industrial parks.In view of the characteristic environment of the port industrial park,there can be two modes of VMI Hub in terms of material concentration and distribution,that is,the direct mode and hybrid mode.Then in the case of Lenovo,the paper analyzes the implementation prerequisites and working process of VMI Hub as well as its impact upon the manufacturers,suppliers and TPL providers.
