摘要
通过对传统供应链物流网络结构及其可靠性分析,提出通过构建包括供应转运中心和分销配送中心的集配中心实现供应链环境下核心制造企业供应物流和分销物流网络的整合。分析了基于集配中心的供应链物流网络的VMI库存管理思想和JIT物流同步化运作思想。分别探讨了供应转运中心和分销配送中心作为集配商的“集”和“配”的功能以及具体运作方式。其中,集配中心的管理运作可以采用第三方物流,也可以采用自营方式。给出的实际案例表明基于集配中心的供应链物流整合方式能有效增强供应链系统运作的稳定可靠性,有助于实现供应链物流同步化运作。
Starting with the limitation and reliability of logistics networks in traditional supply chain, the paper proposes to integrate supply logistics networks with distribution logistics networks in the core manufacturer in supply chain through establishing supply hubs consisting of material supply hub and product distribution hub. Such corresponding management theories are discussed as Vendor Managed Inventory and JIT synchronous logistics operation of the supply hub-based supply chain logistics networks. Basic assemblage and distribution functions and operation modes of the supply hubs are analyzed, in which, a 3PL or self-support mode could be adopted to handle the management of the supply hubs. Examples are provided to highlight the current practices and it indicates that the supply hub-based logistics integration mode in supply chain would enhance operation reliability and help to realize synchronous logistics operation in supply chain.
