摘要
目的:探讨重组人乳铁蛋白(rhLF)对体外培养的3株人卵巢癌细胞的影响。方法:体外培养SKOV3、HO-8910、HO-8910PM,用MTT法评价rhLF对三者的生长抑制作用。结果:重组人乳铁蛋白对3株细胞均有抑制作用并呈剂量依赖关系,对SKOV3的抑制较另两株显著,不同浓度的rhLF对SKOV3增殖的抑制率达40.95%、62.03%、72.63%,实验对照组细胞无明显的抑制效果。结论:重组人乳铁蛋白可以有效抑制卵巢癌细胞的体外增殖,为其作为新的肿瘤生物治疗剂奠定了理论基础。
Objective:To explore the effect of lactoferrin on proliferation of the cultured SKOV3 cells in vitro.Methods:To cultivate SKOV3,HO-8910,HO-8910PM cells in vitro.. MTT assay were used to evaluate the growth inhibition effect of lactoferrin on SKOV3.Results:Lactoferrin significantly inhibited the proliferation of three cells in a dose-dependent manner,the inhibitor rate of SKOV3 was 40.95%,62.03%,72.63% in different concentration,respectively,but had no obvious inhibition on the control cells.Conclusion:Lactoferrin can effectively inhibit the proliferation of Ovary cancer cells,and lay a foundation for exploitation of a new chemistry agent.
