摘要 本文对聚乙二醇(PEG)与钙离子的相互作用的情况用电导法,红外光谱,X-光衍射分析,DSC等方法进行了研究。结果表明PEG能够与钙离子作用形成一种络合物,其络合比为一个钙离子与大约六个PEG的结构单元络合。络合点主要在PEG分子链上的氧原子与钙离子之间,其结构可能类似于十八冠醚的形式。 The block polymers which contain polyethylene glycol(PEG) have been used widely in various biomedical applications because of excellent blood compatibility of PEG. Recently, it was reported that the polymers contained polyether have shown the potential for complexation with calcium ion when implanted. The complexation can lead to a loss of properties, i.e. calcification, degradation and morphologic changes.We focused on studying the structure and physical properties of PEG—Ca complex by using the electrical conductivity, IR, WAXD and DSC. Experimental results show that (1) electrical conductivity of complex is lower than that of pure salt because of chelation of PEG with calcium ion; (2) One calcium ion can complex with about six monomer units in PEG, forming cyclic polyethers; (3) the complex is an amphous state, its melting temperature is 380°K significantly higher than that of PEG.
