摘要
观测了51侧成人下肢腓肠神经,腓肠神经从吻合点至外踝尖与跟结节连线前、中1/3交点之间的长度为14.93±5.28cm,在小腿后部下1/3段中份测得腓肠神经的横径为3.52±0.90mm。腓肠神经在外踝尖与跟结节连线上,位于前1/3者占35％,位于中1/3者占65％,腓肠神经距外踝尖距离为22.92±5.41mm。腓肠内侧皮神经与腓肠神经加在一起,长度为37.49±6.34cm。
Sural nerves were observed in 51 lengs of adult corpses. The mean length from the anastomotic point of medial and lateral sural cutaneous nerves to the conjunctive point of the frontal and meddle 1/3 of the line between the lateral malleolus point and the tubercle of calcaneus was 14.93±5.28cm. The transverse diameter of the sural nerve measured in the lower 1/3 part of the legs was 3.52±0.9mm. On the line between the lateral malleolus point and the tubercle of calcaneus, 35％ of the sural nerves passed through the frontal 1/3 part of the line and 65％ passed through the middle 1/3 part, the mean distance of the nerve from the lateral malleolus point was 22.92±5.41mm. The mean total length of the sural nerve and the medial sural cutaneous nerve was 37.49±6.34cm.
