A Simplified Model of Force Transferring in the Arm and Its Application in Measurement of Blood Pressure

摘要 为了探索一种有理论依据的无创定量测量血压的方法,本文从力学原理出发,提出了一个理想化的手臂活组织力传递模型,以便识别动脉壁内外侧压力平衡的特征信息,用动脉壁外侧压力 测量 脉内压力。通过模型在无创测量动脉血压中的初步应用,从理论和实践两方面探讨了该模型的实用价值。 It is very important to prove theoretically the principle of noninvasive measurement of blood pressure. This paper suggested a force transfer model in arm tissue, which is ideal on mechanical principle as well as of practical value. By the model it is possible to identify the pressure balance point between the inside and outside of the arterial wall and to determine arterial blood pressure based on the outside pressure. The model has been applied to blood pressure measurement, and the results indicate that it is useful.
