摘要
血管硬化程度是反映人体循环系统机能的重要生理参数,动脉硬度作为心血管疾病重要的危险因子越来越受到人们的重视。目前在无创测量技术下对动脉硬度的评估主要包括:脉冲波速度的研究、动脉压力扩大时血管直径及面积变化的研究、由张力测定法获得的动脉波形的分析。各技术下所获得的参数与心血管疾病有重要的相关性。
The degree of angiosclerosis is important physiological parameters that reflect the function of human' s circulation system. Arterial stiffness as an important risk factor has been studied more and more. In recent years noninvasive assessment techniques of arterial stiffness include the evaluation of pulse wave velocity ,investigation of the change in diameter or area of an artery to distending pressure and analysis of arterial waveforms obtained by applanation tonometry, and the parameter obtained from noninvasive assessment has great dependability to cardiovascular disease.
