摘要
文章提出了"动态专业设置"的高校办学新理念,比较了其与现存的"四年不变"的"静态专业设置"模式的优劣,分析了其在我国高校实施的可行性以及存在的困难,指出"动态专业设置"是高校人才培养动态适应社会发展需求、实现学生特长及爱好与所学专业结合、解决人才培养与社会需求脱节问题的有效途径。
New concept of ＂dynamic setting mode in major ＂ is proposed in this paper. And compared with the existing static mode of ＂four years unchanged＂ , analyses its feasibility and difficulties in implementation in our universities,it is an effective way to adapt the needs of social development and achieve students interest.
