摘要
从管理学角度看,不同组织的竞争具有不同的特点,而竞争的不同特点是由其不同的组织特性所决定的。大学竞争的特殊性是由大学组织的特性所决定的。大学组织具有非营利性、利益相关性、模糊性、二元权力结构、教师的“双重忠诚”、趋同性、连带性、非进步性与成本最大化、复杂性和多样性等特性,这些组织特性决定了大学竞争的特点。
The competition of different organizations has various characteristics in view of management, while the characteristics are decided by the traits of different organizations. The speciality of competition between universities depends on the features of university. University is characterized with such features as non-profitablity,interest-relatedness, object-illeglbility, double-powered structure, double-loyalty of teachers, tendency, relation, nowadvanced and mass-cost, complication and diversity, which determine the features of competition belween universities.
