摘要
分别用氨海水、不同盐度的氨海水、Na^+,K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^(2+)的氯化物及Na^+,K^+的硝酸盐和NH_4Cl,NH_4Cl,NH_4NO_3,(NH_4)_2SO_4和(NH_4)_2CO_4为激活剂,对人工解剖获得的合浦珠母贝Pinctadamartensii精子进行激活。实验结果表明,合浦珠母贝精子的细胞膜离子通道为闸门控制类型。其激活途径主要是通过NH^+_4或HCG类激素开启该闸门,发生Na^+和Cl^-的交换,使精于细胞获得或释放能量而激活。pH太低则会影响它们的激活作用。
The milt of Japanese pearl oyster was sampled and subsequently stimulatedby several activators. The results show that the ion pathway of the sperm cellmembrane is a kind of gated channel. This active channel can be opened by NH^+_4 andhormone of HCG, and then Na^+ and Cl^- come into and excite the germ cell.Opening of the passage of Na^+ and Cl^- are influenced by value of pH. The cell cannot be excited in the condition of lower value of pH.
