摘要
本文采用气相色谱法分析鉴定了紫穗槐种籽油的脂肪酸成分,其主要成分为亚油酸,占脂肪酸总量的62.79%。用气相色谱保留指数(I_(TP))定性法和色谱—质谱—计算机联用测定分析了紫穗槐种皮挥发油,鉴定了其中25个化合物,主要成分有β—石竹烯(7.78%),γ—桉藦烯(16.5%),α—香橙烯(6.09%),γ—杜松烯(10.29%),杜松烯(16.8%)。
In this paper, the composition of the fatty acid of the seed oil of Amorpha fruticosa L.has been identified by gas chromatography, linoleic acid is the main constituent (62.78%). By means of GC-MS-DS and retention index of GC we have also identified twenty five compounds from the volatile oil of the seed skin of Amorpha fruticosa L., the principal contituents among them are as follows. β-caryophyllene (7.78%) , γ-amorphene (16.5%) ,α-aromadendrene (6.09%),γ-cadinene (10.29%) and cadinene (16.81%) .
