摘要
阐述了生产东力神保健茶的原料──林檎叶和江华苦茶的传统利用与现状，系统地测定了２种植物叶对健身有益的生化成分，如多酚类（儿茶素、黄酮）、氨基酸等；对林檎叶还测定出人体所需的具有防癌抗衰健齿功效的Ｓｅ，Ｚｎ，Ｆ等特殊元素，并对东力神保健茶的制作和产品特点作了介绍．
Traditional uses and present conditions of Jianghua kucha and(Malus melliana(Hand-Mazz)Rend)with which Dong Li Shen health protectiontea is made are introduced.The main useful biochemical components for human body in their leaves such as tea polyphe-nols and amino acids are analysised.Three special elements(Se, Zn,F)are found in theleaves of Donglisheng which are necessary for human body and have the functions againstcancers and senescence,and protecting tooth.The production techniques and product charac-teristics of Donglishen health protection tea are also introduced.
