摘要
在金刚石表面化学镀NiWP,然后化学复合镀NiTiRE.实验发现金刚石表面有颗粒状金属Ti沉积.镀层经900℃热处理,X射线衍射证实金刚石表面有TiC生成.在金属基金刚石复合体中,镀覆后的金刚石与基体金属之间的结合强度明显增加.
Electroless plating Ni W P and composite electroless plating Ni Ti RE subsequently on surface of diamond are presented. Deposition of Ti particle on surface of diamond is found and formation of TiC after heat treat ment at 900 ℃ is verified by X ray diffraction analysis. Strength of binding between coated diamond and metal matrix is improved effectively in diamond composite based on metal cement.
