摘要
作为一项颇受争议的管理制度,末位淘汰制对企业及其员工具有很强的激励作用,但其制度缺陷也会产生诸多负面影响,所以必须要对其有个全面的了解。首先对该制度的益处与不足进行了分析,随后通过对末位淘汰制的各影响因素进行文献检索分析和关联性分析,提取出了5个主要影响因素,进而构建了影响函数和因素关系图。最后,从绩效管理、激励盲区的消除和全员参与3个角度提出了配套措施,以保证该制度的成功实施。
As a controversial management system,the "final elimination principle"has an incentive effect for enterprise and staff,and meanwhile,the system defect also cause many negative influences.So we need a comprehensive understanding about this.This paper firstly analyzes its benefits and deficiencies,and then five main influencing factors are extracted through literature retrieval analysis and correlation analysis about various influence factors of the "final elimination principle".Based on the above,influence function and factors'relationship graph are constructed.Finally,for the successful implementation of this system,three supporting measures are raised from such aspects as performance management,elimination of the motivation blind area and full participation.
