摘要
网上购物纠纷所具有的新特点使得传统纠纷解决方式在解决此类纠纷方面存在许多不足,在线纠纷解决机制所具有的快捷、低廉、程序灵活等特点则能有效弥补传统纠纷解决方式的缺陷。我们应积极借鉴国外在线纠纷解决机制建设方面的成功经验,加大对在线纠纷解决机制优越性的宣传,充分发挥政府的引导作用,以推动符合我国国情的在线纠纷解决机制的建设。
The traditional dispute resolution is not sufficient to solve the dispute caused by internet shopping due to the special characteristics of such new business activity.Online dispute resolution,which is faster,cheaper and flexible,can complement the traditional way.We should actively draw on successful experience from abroad,propaganda the advantages of on-line dispute resolution mechanism under the governmental guidelines in order to promote the construction of such on-line mechanism according to the situation of our country.
