摘要
目的:观察周易象数指针疗法治疗胃脘痛的疗效。方法:将95例胃脘痛患者随机分为周易象数指针治疗组48例,西药对照组47例,疗程1周,比较治疗前后疗效。结果:即效性指标比较,周易象数指针治疗组疼痛强度减低明显、起效时间短,疗效指数高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组的持续性疗效指数亦较高,统计学差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:提示周易象数指针疗法治疗胃脘痛疗效显著。
Objective ：To observe the clinic effect of the therapy of finger- acupuncture combining zhouyixiangshu in treating gastralgia. Methods ：95 patients of gastric abscess were randomly divided into two groups ：the treatment group of finger- acupuncture combining zhouyixiangshu with 48cases and western medicine control group with 47eases. Treated 1 week, to compare the treatment efficacy instantly and persistently. Results ： The difference of instant curative target, as reducing pain, effect - taking time ,curative effect index between treatment group and control group had statistical siguifieance（ P 〈0.01 ）. the curative effect index of continuity after treatment between two groups had statistical difference markedly（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：To hint the therapy of finger- acupuncture combining zhouyixiangshu can treat gastralgia disease markedly .
