摘要
目的:以红景天苷含量为指标比较不同产地红景天药材的质量。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC),C18柱,甲醇—水为流动相,检测波长275 nm。结果:不同产地的红景天药材红景天苷含量差异显著。结论:本法简便准确,可为评价不同产地红景天的质量提供依据。
Objective ： To evaluate the qualities of Salidroside in Rhodiola L from different districts. Methods： The content of the compound was analyzed on a C18 HPLC column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water, and the detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Results ： The contents of salidroside were different greatly. Conclusion ： This method could be used for the quality evaluation of Rhodiola L from different districts.
