摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定生发酊阿魏酸的含量。方法:以Diamonsil C_(18)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(18:82)为流动相;检测波长为316nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温:35℃。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.019648～0.117888μ g范围内线性关系良好,γ值为0.9996,平均回收率为98.72%,RSD为1.52%。结论:方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于生发酊中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective：An HPLC method was developed to determine ferulic acid in Shengfa Tincture. MethodS：It was determined on an Diamonsil C18 column, using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （18：82） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detected at 316nm. The column temperature was 35℃. Results：The linear relation of the peak area of ferulic acid was determined as 0.019648-0.1178881ag by HPLC with a regression coefficient of 0.9996. The average recovery was 98.72%, RSD=-1.52%. Conclusions：The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Shengfa Tincture.
