摘要
目的:建立当归片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对当归片中的当归进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的阿魏酸进行定量分析。结果:薄层色谱条件为硅胶G薄层板,展开剂石油醚(30～60℃)?醋酸乙酯(4:1),样品、对照品和对照药材相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;测定阿魏酸的色谱条件是AgilentZORBA SB C18色谱柱(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(12:88);检测波长为322nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。阿魏酸在0.12～2.0μg范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995(n=7),平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.09%。结论:所建立的方法可准确地进行定性和定量检测,该法准确、可靠、重复性好,可有效控制当归片的质量。
Objective:To establish a quality standard of Angelicae Tablet.Methods:A thin-layer chromatography was used to identify ligustcum in Angelicae Tablet.A high-performance liquid chromatography was used to make a quantitative analysis of ferulic acid.Results:The condition of the thin-layer chromatography for ferulic acid was G-thin-layer plate of silica gel.In the position of a developing agent containing ligarine(30~60℃-AcOET(4:1),sample,control article and control material,the same color spots appeared.The chromatographic condition for ferulic acid was Agilent ZORBA SB C18(4.6×150mm,5μm).The mobile phase was CH2CN-H2O(-0.1% H3 PO1)(12:88).The UV wavelength was 322nm.The mobile rate was 1.0ml/min-1 with the column temperature at 30oC.The ferulic acid had a good linearity in the range of 0.02-0(r=0.9995,n=7).The average recovery rate was 98.96%.RSD was 1.09%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable with good reappearance and can be used in the quality control of Angelicae Tablets.
