摘要
目的:评价应用保列治治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)合并慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法:对120例BPH合并CP患者依据治疗前后AUA症状评分、最大尿流率(Q_(max))及前列腺体积变化等情况进行疗效评估。结果:治疗前后各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非那雄胺治疗BPH合并CP的疗效良好,尤其对前列腺增生体积较大者效果更好。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of prosear in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis. Methods：To analyze the effectiveness of one hundred and twenty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis before and after treatment based American Urologic Association Symptom Index scores,the maximal urinary flow rate（Qmax） and prostate volume variation. Results：There was statistic difference between the indicators before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conelusions： The therapeutic effect of proscar in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis was well,especially in Large volume of prostate.
