摘要
目的 评价爱普列特与坦索罗辛联合用药治疗良性前列腺增生症的安全性及有效性。方法 随机选取230例门诊前列腺增生患者，联合应用爱普列特（5mg口服2次／日）与坦索罗辛（0．2mg口服1次／日）治疗6-12个月，观察主客观症状的改善及并发症。结果 治疗后患者主观症状改善明显，残余尿减少、最大尿流率增加，前列腺体积减小．生活质量明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论 爱普列特与坦索罗辛联合用药治疗良性前列腺增生症安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the security and effect of combination of epristeride and Tamsulosin for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 230 outpatients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selectived randomly and received epristeride 5mg po bid and Tamsulosin 0.2mg po qd for 6-12months, the effect and complication were observed. Restilts The common symptoms improved, the residual urine decreased, maximum flow rate increased, prostate volume grown downwards and quality of life raised apparently. Conclusion combination of epristeride and Tamsulosin for treatment of benign prostatic byperplasia was safe and effective.
