摘要
为更好地实现自动络筒机管纱信息的追溯,设计了一种采用无线射频识别技术的管纱追溯管理系统,该系统通过无线射频方式进行非接触双向数据通信,对细纱机上的目标管纱加以识别、记录和管理。介绍了系统的架构、功能和开发实现过程以及实际使用情况,指出:采用基于无线射频识别技术的管纱追溯系统较好地实现了细纱机锭子和络筒机之间的信息交换,具有使用方便、快捷、信息传递可靠等特点,有利于提高生产效率及控制纱线质量。
A kind of bobbin traceability system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology was designed to realize automatic winding machine bobbin information traceability better. Non-touching dual-directional data communication was carried out by RFID. Target bobbins on spinning frame were identified,recorded and managed. The system structure ,function, developing realizing process and practical using situation were introduced. It is pointed out that data communication between spindles and winding machine could be realized better by bobbin traceability system based on RFID. The system is convenient and rapid,data communication is credible,production efficiency could be increased and yarn quality could be controlled.
