摘要
论述了络筒机上利用电子清纱器进行在线检测存在质量缺陷的纱管,并介绍其原理与方法。通过络筒机上电子清纱器在线检测能及时准确分析质量异常,并及时修复缺陷锭位,实现产品的纱线质量稳定。
It was discussed that ring bobbin can be tested online in the cone winding machine with electronic yarn clearer.In addition,the principle and the method are introduced.The quality abnormity can be analyzed timely and exactly via online testing of electronic yarn cleaner in the cone winding machine.At the same time,the defective spindle can be repaired on time and the quality stabilization of the production can be realized.
