摘要
目的:探讨高压注射器在儿童CT增强中的应用特点及操作方法,以提高诊断的准确性和检查的安全性。材料与方法:386例使用高压注射器进行CT增强扫描的儿童,根据患儿的个体差异采用不同的对比剂总量、注射速度和扫描延迟时间,对增强结果进行综合分析。结果:本组386例患儿,354例增强效果佳,29例效果一般,3例效果差不能满足诊断需求。一次注射对比剂成功372例,6例出现渗漏。本组病例均未出现明显过敏和对比剂不良反应。结论:儿童使用高压注射器进行CT增强扫描是安全可靠的,对患儿体格和疾病状况的详细了解,并对CT、高压注射器参数进行个性化调整可提高检查质量和安全性。
Purpose：To explore the application characters and operation techniques of contrast enhancement CT scanning with High-Pressure Injector for children,improve diagnostic accuracy and examination safety.Materials and Methods：Integrately analyzed the results of all 386 cases children performed contrast enhancement CT scanning with High-Pressure Injector were adaptively used different contrast agency volume,flow rate,delayed time of scanning according to their individual situation.Results：The results of all 386 cases,356 were perfect,29 were common,3 were poor and did not fulfill to diagnostic demand.Contrast agency were injected susessfully at first time in 372 cases and leaked out in 6 cases.There were no significant allergic reaction and contrast agency reaction.Conclusion：It is safe and reliable that contrast enhancement CT scanning with High-Pressure Injector for children.The operator probe into the details of children′s physical and disease situations and individually adjust the parameters of CT and High-Pressure Injector would improve the examination quility and safety.
