摘要
目的 :探讨优质护理在预防多排螺旋CT增强检查患者对比剂不良反应的应用价值。方法 :选取2009年3月至2013年5月期间我院接受多排螺旋CT增强检查的患者158例,依据随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组各79例,两组患者均给予常规多排螺旋CT增强检查和护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予优质护理,统计分析所有患者多排螺旋CT增强检查时血压波动、心率波动、焦虑情绪情况,检查后对比剂不良反应发生情况和以及护理总满意度情况。结果:多排螺旋CT增强检查时,观察组患者血压波动、心率波动、焦虑情绪情况发生率明显低于对照组;多排螺旋CT增强检查后,观察组患者对比剂不良反应发生率明显低于对照组;观察组患者总满意度明显高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义。结论 :优质护理可有效缓解患者CT增强检查时心理、生理上的不适,降低多排螺旋CT增强检查后患者对比剂不良反应的发生,有助于提高患者对护理的满意程度。
Objective：To explore the application value of high quality nursing in preventing the adverse reactions of the patients received multislice spiral CT enhancement examination.Methods：One hundred and iffty-eight cases of patients received multislice spiral CT enhancement examination in our hospital from March, 2009 to May, 2013 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 79 cases each. Routine multislice spiral CT enhancement examination and nursing were given in two groups, and in addition, the observation group received high quality nursing. The lfuctuation of blood pressure and heart rate, anxiety condition during the period of multislice spiral CT enhancement examination, as well as adverse reactions of contrast agent after examination and the total satisfaction for nursing were statistically analyzed.Results：During the period of multislice spiral CT enhancement examination, the lfuctuation of blood pressure and heart rate, the incidence of anxiety and adverse reactions of the contrast agent were signiifcantly lower in the observation group than in the contrast group while the total satisfaction for nursing was signiifcantly higher in observation group than in the control group. All the differences were statistically signiifcant.Conclusion：High quality nursing can effectively relieve the psychological and physical discomfort of the patients during the period of multislice spiral CT enhancement examination, as well as reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of contrast agent after the examination and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
