摘要
使用自制配方进行了丸粒化包衣处理,研究了不同包衣倍数和添加生物菌剂对矮牵牛种子发芽的影响。结果表明:丸粒化种子单籽率>95%,有籽率>98%,整齐度>96%,单粒抗压强度>3 N。丸粒化处理对该批次矮牵牛种子发芽和出苗没有显著影响,添加枯草芽孢杆菌可以提高幼苗鲜重。
Petunia hybrida seeds were used as a test material and pelletized with self-made pelleting coatings to study the effects of pelleting multiple and added biological agents on the seed germination. The results showed that the single grain rate of the pelleted seeds was over 95%, the seed containing rate over 98% ,the uniformity over 96% ,and the compressive strength of a single pellet was over 3 N. The germination and emergence of the pelleted seeds were not significantly different from those of the control. Adding Bacillus subtilis in pelleting treatment could increase the fresh weight of P. hybrida seedlings.
