摘要
甘蓝、青花菜、青菜种子经厚膜包衣后,种子重量可以增加15%～50%,体积增大0.5～1.0倍,种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均可以提高,其中厚膜包衣青花菜种子的发芽指数与对照差异达极显著水平,甘蓝种子达显著水平.厚膜包衣后显著促进了甘蓝、青花菜、青菜种子根长的生长.包衣种子贮藏6个月后发芽状况良好,种子的成苗数、最大叶长、最大叶宽、株高、叶片数与株鲜重、株干重均高于对照.
Encrusting the seeds of cabbage, broccoli and pakchoi could increase the seed weight by 15%～50% and the seed volume by 50% ～ 100%, and improve the germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index of the seeds, in which the germination index of encrusted broccoli seeds was very significantly different from the check＇ s and the germination index of encrusted cabbage seeds was significantly different from the check＇s. The encrustation significantly promoted the root growth of cabbage, broccoli and pakchoi seeds. The encrusted seeds stored for 6 months germinated well. The establishment of seedlings, the maximum leaf length and width, the plant height, the number of leaves, and the fresh and dry plant weight of encrusted seeds of cabbage, broccoli and pakchoi were all greater than those of checks.
