摘要
为了使食用菌液体菌种技术得到更广泛的应用,采用造价低廉、使用方便的液体菌种生产装置生产金针菇FV3液体菌种。结果表明:最佳液体培养基为白砂糖3.0%、豆饼粉0.5%、KH_2PO_4 0.15%、MgSO_40.1%、pH自然;利用此培养基10 L,培养8 d,通气量50 L/h,菌丝生物量可达21.80 g。
In order to widely use edible fungi's liquid spawn technique, a fermentation device low in cost and easy to operate was applied to Flammulina velutipes' FV3 strain production. The experiments showed that the optimum liquid medium was 3.0% white granulated sugar,0.5% soybean cake meal,0.15% KH2PO4,0.1% MgSO4 and natural pH value,and 8 d submerged culture with 10 L of this medium at an aeration rate of 50 L/h could obtain up to 21.80 g of mycelial biomass.
