摘要
棉壳不经堆制制蘑菇菌种,经反复试验和生产验证,已摸索出最佳培养料配方、适宜的制种季节、灭菌条件及制种工艺流程。证明不堆制料菌种具有省工省本、发菌快、抗逆性强、菌种保存期长、不易衰退、产量高等优点。
Being experimented many times and proved by production, the best substrate of white mushroom spawn for uncomposted cotton seed shuck has been grasped. Optimum date of spawn-making, the condition of stcrilization and the technological process of spawn-making also has been known well. It was proved that the spawn has got advantages as following: labour-saving and cost-saving, having stranger resistanec, running rapidly, high yield being conserved for a long time, not casier to degrade.
