摘要
目的:建立丹参素钠含量测定方法。方法:HPLC,色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(2∶98);检测波长为280 nm;柱温为35℃;流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果:丹参素钠进样量在0.087～1.092μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 98),平均回收率为100.6%(n=6),RSD为1.1%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、可用于冠心生脉口服液的质量控制。
Objective： An HPLC method was established for the determination of danshensu-sodium.Method： A Phenomenex Luna C18 Column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid.The detective wavelength was at 280 nm;The column temperature was at 35 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result： The linear range of danshensu-sodiun was 0.087-1.092 μg,r = 0.999 98.The average recovery was 100.6%,RSD 1.1%（n = 6）.Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Mixture.
