摘要
随着社会的变迁与进步,人们对享受高品质和维护个人权益的服务标准要求也不断提高。我院护理部借鉴服务行业实行服务承诺制的方法,本着“客观、科学、量化”的原则,制定出了等级护理服务标准,并向病人公示。其服务标准主要包含了护士的职责、护士完成各项基础护理的内容、频率及效果等内容。同时,通过组织学习使各项相关的制度措施不断完善。通过加大检查力度,公示各病区服务情况等方法,确保服务标准落到实处。通过一年多的实践,在病人的心目中已树立了良好的护士形象,不断推进了护理质量的同时,也为医院树立了的良好社会形象。同时也指出了由于护理人员数量不足、护理服务收费偏低等,影响了实施效果。
With development of society, more and more people need high service quality and right - protection. How to maintain professional value is urgent for nurse administrators. Some efficient methods have been prompted in other areas. It may also be utilized in nursing area. The basic nursing service standards to all patients have been showed in one hospital since June 2001. It includes the services standard per day, conduction, frequency and deadline. Through studying and recorrecting some requests and management ways, the relationship between nurses and patients has been developed well. Both of them communicate successfully and efficiently. The hospital has benefited from this measure in society as well as finance. Nurses would like to take care of their patients and hope them more comfortable and safe. It was suggested that some factors that influenced the success of the measure should be solved as soon as possible.
