摘要
目的建立测定血清中敌敌畏质量浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法采用ZorbaxSB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(50∶50),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为211nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为40℃。结果敌敌畏质量浓度在3～600μg/mL范围内与峰面积比值之间线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=6),平均回收率为97.65%,RSD为2.00%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便、重复性好,可用于测定血清中敌敌畏的质量浓度。
Objective To establish a HPLC method of serum concentration of dichlorvos.Methods Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water （50 ∶50） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 211 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL.The column temperature was 40 ℃.Results The linear correlation was in the range of 3-600 μg/mL for dichlorvos,r=0.999 8（n=6）.The average recovery rate was 97.65%,RSD was 2.00%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible,which can be used to determine the serum dichlorvos concentration.
