摘要
通过对调解解决医疗纠纷的价值分析,指出我国医疗纠纷解决机制的现状,进而探讨我国医疗纠纷多元化调解机制的构建。
The significance of mediating medical dispute was analyzed,and the status of medical dispute solution was studied.Based on which,construction of Chinese diversifying mediation system for medical dispute was discussed.
