摘要
提出了在浓硫酸介质中用四羟基蒽醌吸光光度法测定微量硼的新方法。最大吸收波长为620nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1,测定的线性范围为0~20μg/25ml。此方法经用于复混肥中微量硼的测定。
Spectrophotometric determining microboron with quinalizarin in a concentrated sulphuric acid is presented. the maximum absorbance is at 620nm, The apparent molar absorptivity is 1 3×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The method has been used for the determination of microboron in compound fertilizers with satisfactory results.
