Determination of boron in biological sample by ICP-MS method after pressurizing decomposition using dilute ammonia

摘要 介绍了一种适合于ICP-MS直接测定生物样品中硼的快速简便的样品前处理方法。样品在φ=5%氨水溶液中,于190℃下密闭分解4h,溶液适当稀释后放置澄清,用ICP-MS直接测定溶液中的硼。方法检出限为0.0274μg/g。采用国家标准物质进行试验,结果与标准值相符,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在0.60%~1.85%之间,相对误差(RE)在-3.10%~3.13%之间。 A simple sample treatment method for accurate and precise determination of boron in biological sample by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was described. Boron sample was dissolved in screw top PTFE-1ined stainless steel bombs using a 5% ammonia solution at 190℃ for 4h. Boron sample solution was then directly determined by ICP-MS. The detection limit of this method for boron which was based three standard deviations of the blank was 0.027 4μg/g. The method had been applied to the determination of boron in national standard biological samples.The results were in agreement with certified values.The precision was 0.60%~1.85% RSD (n=12) and the relatively error was ranged from -3.10% to 3.13%.
