摘要
丁基溴苯和间氟苯硼酸经Suzuki偶联生成4′丁基-3-氟联苯,4′丁基-3-氟联苯在低温下碘代生成3-氟-4-碘-4′-丁基联苯,3-氟-4-碘-4′-丁基联苯与5种取代苯乙炔发生Sonogashira反应生成5种含氟联苯炔类单体液晶。进行了产品结构的标定以及参数的测定,确定了化合物具有较大的光学各向异性(Δn)和较宽的向列相范围。
A compound 4'-butyl-3-fluoro-biphenyl was synthesized conjugated with Suzuki from Butyl-bromobenzene and fluorobenzene boronic acid,which generated 3-fluoro-4-iodine-4 '-butyl-biphenyl under low temperature.Then 3-fluoro-4-iodine-4 '-butyl-biphenyl reacted with five types of substituted benzene acetylene,generating five fluorinated biphenyl alkyne monomer liquid crystals via Sonogashira reaction.The structures and parameters of the products were determined.It was found that these compounds has higher optical anisotropy(Δn)and wider range of nematic phase.
