摘要
从形势政策及技术性能方面分析了在煤炭工业城市开发高性能煤矸石、粉煤灰混凝土的必要性和可行性,指出开发煤矸石、粉煤灰混凝土符合国家资源可持续发展和废物利用的产业政策,也将推动我国建筑材料的可持续发展。
This paper analyzes the necessity and possiblity of developing the high performance coal waste fly-ash concrete at coal indutry city from the situation and policy and the technical performance.It points out that to develop the coal waste and fly-ash concrete conform the related industial policy of demoestic resource＇s sustainable development and waste utilization.The domestic building materials＇s sustainable development is also promoted by it.
