摘要
根据高职教育的人才培养目标定位、旅游行业的特点和旅游企业的运行状况,以学院示范建设3年的探索与实践为例,就探索"工学结合"人才培养模式、构建"职业导向型"实践教学体系,开展项目化课程体系改革等方面展开论述,以实现理论与实践、培养与使用、教学与就业有机结合的良性循环。
Based on the orientations for talents＇ cultivation,features and operation situation of tourism enterprise,this essay mainly discusses how to realize combination of theory and practice,training and use,teaching and employment by means of exploration on cultivation pattern of work-based learning,construction of career-oriented practice teaching system and reform of curriculum design for project teaching.
