摘要
微生物显微技术是生物工程专业中应用性较强的专业选修课。针对学生实验兴趣不高,目的不明确等问题,本文提出将微生物学显微技术实验课的教学分成常规实验课教学和自选试验阶段两部分。通过这种实验教学改革,巩固了学生的理论知识并拓宽了知识面,提高了学生的实验能力,锻炼了学生的自学能力,激发了学生的科研热情。但是,改革方案实施过程中,出现了工作量加大,仪器设备、耗材和指导教师不足,教师与实验员对实验的辅导不够,实验结果和深度参差不齐等一些问题。因此,此项改革还有待进一步的完善与深化。
Microbial microscope technique is selected course with extensive application in bioengineering. Based on some existing questions about the shortage of experimental interest and ambiguity of learning goals, the paper puts forward that microbiology experiment technology teaching should be divided into conventional experiment teaching and optional experiment. Through the teaching reform, the students theory knowledge was consolidated and knowledge field was broadened. At the same time, students' experimental participation, practical ability and the innovation ability were improved. But in reform plan implementation process, some problems were ex- posed, such as shortage of equipment and teachers or instructors on the experiment, increased workload, discrepancy in experimental results and strengthen in the different experimental groups. Therefore, the teaching reform should be further perfecting and deepening.
