摘要
清代民间慈善活动可以分为个人救助、宗族救助和民间慈善机构救助三类,它们在其救助的动机、范围、条件等方面各有不同。它是整个清代社会救助体系中的一个组成部分,弥补了清朝政府社会救助能力之不足。相对于清朝政府社会救助而言,它具有注重救助的血缘性、地缘性和友情性的特点,这种特点表现在选择救助对象的优先顺序上,就是由亲至疏、由近至远。
Civil charity activities in Qing dynasty can be divided into personal assistance, religion help, and the aid from civil charity organizations. In addition, the motivation, scope, and condition of these three types of aid are different. As a component of social assistance system of Qing dynasty, it complements the incompetence of social assistance of Qing government. Comparing with social assistance of Qing government, it possesses the characteristics of consanguinity, geography and friendship, and these characteristics would act on the preference order of choosing the assistance individual, such as： relatives and friends first, unfamiliar people and stranger later.
