摘要
针对有优先权的成批到达排队系统，本文考虑了服务台可修的因素．假设系统中有两类不同的成批到达的顾客流，第一类顾客比第二类顾客有更高的优先报务级别的单个服务，服务台的寿命服从指数分布，服务时间、修理时间服从一般连续型分布．利用向量马氏过程方法，得到了该排队系统的一些重要的稳态排队论指标和可靠性指标．
For the Bulk-arrival queues with priority, weconsider the factor of repairable served Supposed that there aretwo kind of customers arrived in batches which and kind ofcustomers is prior to the other, that the customer is servedindividually and that the service time and repairable time havegeneral continuous distribution. By using the method ofimbedded Markovian chain, some important stationary queuecharacteristic and reliability characteristics of the queuesystem are obtained.
