负顾客到达、服务台可修的M/G/1排队系统

An M/G/1 Queue with Negative Customers and Repairs

摘要 将负顾客到达和服务台可修相结合,研究有负顾客到达、服务台可修的M/G/1排队模型。负顾客不接受服务但会使服务台处于修理状态,同时带走正在接受服务的正顾客。利用向量马氏过程的方法,得到稳态时系统队长概率母函数及平均队长。 This paper studies M/G/1 queuing with negative customers and repairs in which the mechanism of negative customers is not only to take the positive customers being served away,but also to make the server under repair.The generating function of steady-state distributions of the number of customers in the system are obtained with method of VMP.
