摘要
研究创业能力与创新类型的选择的关系。从资源基础理论出发,演绎出创业能力的概念和维度,运用实物期权理论分析并实证检验我国164例高新技术企业在技术不确定性、市场不确定性和组织不确定性等动态环境下创业能力对创新类型的影响。结果表明,机会能力与突破性创新正相关,而运作能力与突破性创新负相关,技术不确定性、市场不确定性和组织不确定性与突破性创新负相关,其中组织不确定性加强运作能力与突破性创新的负相关关系,而技术不确定性减弱机会能力与突破性创新正相关关系。
In this study we analyze the effect of entrepreneurial competence on innovation types choice under uncertain environment.Based on RBV we deduct concept and dimensions of entrepreneurial competence.Empirical research has been conducted with a sample of 164 high-tech companies under the environment of technology uncertainty,market uncertainty and organizational uncertainty,and the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and innovation types is consistent with the deduction of real options.The results indicate that opportunity capability is associated with incremental innovation,whereas the operational capability and the uncertain environment are conducive to incremental innovation and not conducive to radical innovation.Furthermore,operational capability leads to higher negative effect to radical innovative when organizational uncertainty increasing,and opportunity capability leads to lower positive effect to radical innovative when technology uncertainty increasing.
